9/10
So, we found this gem in Naples and, like, it was totally cute! The building is a stunner, like a museum, for real. Super clean room, comfy bed, and those soundproof windows? Lifesavers! Helpful staff too. Breakfast across the street was totally chill, but just wish they had a bit more variety. Pizza-obsessed, yes?

The building's history is captivating, providing a unique atmosphere that sets it apart from typical accommodations.
The elevator services only up to the fourth floor, which leaves a challenging climb to the fifth floor, especially with luggage.

missingWrote a review on Sept 28historical architectureideal locationelevator access
The architecture exudes history, offering a unique vibe that can't be found just anywhere. The location is ideal, allowing easy access to historic sites and local attractions.
The elevator only goes to the fourth floor, leaving you with a climb to the fifth that puts any mobility-challenged guest in a bind. The reception area suffers from excessive heat, with temperatures well above comfortable levels, making waiting there quite unpleasant. The air conditioning struggles to keep rooms cool, especially when rooms go dark with your absence. Drainage issues in the shower are real. it took multiple prompts to address this annoyance. Lastly, the promise of a 'balcony' is misleading — just a small tilt window that doesn’t make for usable outdoor space, so don’t shell out extra for that. Breakfast isn’t served in-house, requiring a hunt for a nearby eatery, which can be confusing depending on where you end up looking.

An incredible historical building positioned perfectly for exploring, with a comfy bed and excellent air conditioning. The staff's communication was top-notch, helping us settle in and sharing great local tips. After dining on delicious Italian dishes nearby, we appreciated the size and amenities of the room, which exceeded our expectations. The vibrant atmosphere outside can be lively, especially at night, but the soundproofing kept the noise at bay, ensuring a restful stay.
